Chapter 379: Another Multi-Million Deal

“I’m in the store. Where are you?”

A familiar woman’s voice came through the phone.

She was in the store.

Ji Xiaohui froze for a moment, then quickly realized what was going on. She glanced over at the young woman standing next to her colleague and, sure enough, the woman was on the phone too.

That must be her client.

With that thought, Ji Xiaohui hurriedly grabbed her phone and jogged over.

“Sorry, Miss Tang, I’m late.”

As she approached, Ji Xiaohui apologized with a smile.

“You’re Ji Xiaohui?”

Tang Qiu looked at the salesperson who had come running over.

“Yes, here’s my business card.”

Ji Xiaohui nodded and handed her a card.

Tang Qiu gave it a quick glance. Once she confirmed the name, she gave a slight nod.

“Let’s go find somewhere to talk.”

“Of course. Do you have a specific car in mind? I can show you around first.”

Ji Xiaohui quickly offered.

“No need. We’ve already picked out the model. Let’s just find a place to sign the contract.”

Tang Qiu replied calmly.

Before coming, they had already selected the car model at President Chen’s request. The price range was between 750,000 and 800,000 yuan.

“Ah, then let’s head to the meeting room.”

Ji Xiaohui was briefly surprised, but then remembered the last time a group came in to buy cars. They had also pre-selected their models.

Although, back then, some of the chosen models didn’t meet the standard and had to be reselected on the spot.

That seemed to be a signature trait of the Mingri Group.

As she was thinking this and about to lead the way to the meeting room, she suddenly noticed the two people standing behind Tang Qiu—Luo Xiao and Wang Bin. She had assumed earlier that they weren’t with Tang Qiu.

But now it was clear they were all together.

“Miss Tang, they are…?”

“Oh, I forgot to introduce them. This is Luo Xiao and Wang Bin. They’re also here to purchase vehicles.”

Tang Qiu made the introductions.

Upon hearing that, Ji Xiaohui quickly greeted them politely.

Then she led the group toward the meeting room.

Two other salespeople watched Ji Xiaohui walk off with the clients. They both curled their lips in annoyance, but stayed at the entrance, continuing to wait for walk-ins.

Ji Xiaohui looked at the models Tang Qiu and the others had selected and became even more certain—this was definitely the Mingri Group’s style.

Though the car models were different this time, the price range was still between 750,000 and 800,000 yuan.

After confirming the models, she quickly prepared the contracts.

“Miss Tang, once the contracts are signed, we can proceed with the payment.”

“Yes, but we still need to purchase some additional vehicles. We’ll pay for everything together at the end.”

Tang Qiu spoke as she turned to look at Luo Xiao.

Taking the cue, Luo Xiao stepped forward and handed Ji Xiaohui a sheet of paper he had prepared.

“These are my vehicle requirements. Please see if you have any models that match.”

The cars were for the film crew, and he had two types in mind.

One was a spacious van, the kind that could carry filming equipment.

The other was a multi-seater minivan, for transporting actors and crew members.

Since he wasn’t very familiar with vehicles, he simply wrote down the requirements and handed them over to Ji Xiaohui, asking her to recommend suitable models. He would choose from there.

Ji Xiaohui read over the list, then pulled out a tablet and quickly filtered through the inventory, selecting models that matched the criteria.

“Director Luo, these are the models that meet your requirements. Please take a look.”

She handed him the tablet.

Luo Xiao took it and browsed carefully. Then he took screenshots of the vehicles and sent them to President Chen.

He noticed that the prices varied widely. One of the multi-seater business vans cost as much as 1.2 million yuan, while the cheapest option was just over 200,000.

With such a huge price gap, he wasn’t sure what to choose.

Not long after, President Chen replied, marking two of the models in the screenshots.

One was a spacious van, the other a multi-seater business vehicle.

Luo Xiao glanced at the prices and couldn’t help but marvel—President Chen had picked the most expensive options in both categories.

He selected those two models on the tablet and handed it back to Ji Xiaohui.

“These two models.”

Ji Xiaohui took the tablet, glanced at the selected vehicles, and froze for a moment. Then she looked up at Luo Xiao.

“Director Luo, these two models together come to 1.8 million yuan. Are you sure about these?”

1.8 million!

And that was on top of the three cars they had just picked out earlier. That brought the total to over 4 million yuan!

Ji Xiaohui did a quick mental calculation and couldn’t help but feel stunned.

Four million yuan.

It wasn’t quite as much as the 10-million-plus deal last time, but it was still a massive order.

“Yes. Five of each model.”

Luo Xiao nodded. Considering the number of crew members and equipment, five of each should be enough.

“What?!”

Ji Xiaohui gasped instinctively and looked at Luo Xiao in disbelief.

“Director Luo, five of each model?”

“That’s right.”

Luo Xiao confirmed.

With that confirmation, Ji Xiaohui took a deep breath. If they were ordering five of each, then the total sales amount wouldn’t just be over 4 million.

It would be over 10 million.

This sales figure was nearly the same as the last time.

Another multi-million order.

Ji Xiaohui secretly pinched her thigh. The sharp pain confirmed she wasn’t dreaming.

Snapping back to reality, she looked at Luo Xiao across from her and quickly spoke up.

“Alright, Director Luo. I’ll get the contract ready for you right away.”

With that, she got to work.

Not long after, all the contracts were signed.

The group then left the meeting room and headed to the payment office.

As they entered the payment room—

The moment Ji Xiaohui stepped inside, she spotted Supervisor Huang Xiaoli already seated and greeted her politely.

Huang Xiaoli gave a slight nod in return. She knew Ji Xiaohui had an appointment with a client today, and seeing her bring someone in now, it was clear the deal had gone through.

She glanced at the small stack of contracts in Ji Xiaohui’s hand. It wasn’t as thick as last time, but still more than just a single contract.

It seemed that while the total value this time might not match the previous deal, it probably wouldn’t be too far off either.

With that thought in mind, Huang Xiaoli walked over, curiosity piqued.

By now, the cashier had already started verifying the contracts. One was quickly processed and paid.

Huang Xiaoli picked it up for a glance.

A 760,000 yuan order.

Soon after, another contract was settled. She took a look—this one was for 770,000 yuan.

Seeing these figures, Huang Xiaoli understood. This purchase was likely similar to the last one, with each vehicle priced between 750,000 and 800,000 yuan.

Her gaze shifted to the remaining contracts—three more yet to be processed.

That meant a total of five contracts. If each was in the 750,000 to 800,000 range, the overall deal would come close to 4 million yuan.

Yes, just as she’d guessed. Not quite as high as last time, but still impressive.

A 4 million yuan transaction was nothing to scoff at. Even the seasoned salespeople might not hit that in a whole month.
