“It rained on the way here, the roads were hard to drive on.” At 7 p.m., Liu Wensheng arrived at the farm wearing a raincoat.

Liu Wensheng was the commander of the Special Military Zone. Lately, he had been traveling frequently between Jinghe and the Infantry Camp. Now that his official duties in Jinghe were wrapped up, he would fully dedicate himself to the farm project.

“The construction team already left?” Qin Yun asked curiously. It had started raining suddenly this afternoon. The construction team had left around noon, and due to poor signal along the way, he was worried about their safety.
